Nissan Frontier 2010

Overview:

One of the favorite mid-size pickups, the Frontier is a solid body-on-frame truck that offers a powerful V-6, has handsome styling, and is actually fun to drive. Base four-cylinder models trade power for fuel economy. It’s also sold as the Suzuki Equator, which offers a longer warranty.

Price: $18,340 - $30,620

Pros:

A solid, traditional pickup in a smart size; excellent V-6; refined; good handling

Cons:

Four-door is short on bed size and interior room, optional roof rack whistles above 40 mph, four-cylinder is short on power

What's New..??

Redesigned for 2005; unchanged for 2010.

Behind The Wheel:

Reactive steering, a firm chassis, and a solid feel give the Frontier a fun-to-drive feel. Shockingly refined for a pickup, and the V-6 is quick.
