Volkswagen CC 2010

    Overview:

Seductively styled, the CC is a poor man’s Mercedes-Benz CLS-class. It only costs slightly more than the Passat upon which it is based, but the CC more than makes up for it in style. Refined and beautiful, skip the V-6 for the excellent and fuel-efficient turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
    Price: $28,500 - $41,200

  • Pros

Sleek looks, Germanic road manners, handsome interior, punchy and fuel-sipping turbocharged four-banger.

  • Cons

Only seats two in the back, V-6 versions get pricey.

  • What's New

Introduced for 2009; automatic transmission becomes dual-clutch automated manual in 2.0T versions.

  • Behind The Wheel

Offers a solid, refined, and quiet feel. The turbo four is cheaper, and returns better fuel economy than the V-6.
